Oscar 2024: tutte le nomination, svettano Oppenheimer e Poor Things

L’Academy Awards ha reso note le nomination per gli Oscar 2024. Il film Oppenheimer ottiene il record di tredici candidature. Gli altri film sono Barbie, American Fiction, Anatomy of a Fall, The Holdovers, Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro,, Past Lives, Poor Things  e The Zone of Interest.

Per il miglior attore sono nominati Bradley Cooper, Colman Domingo, Paul Giamatti, Cillian Murphy, Jeffrey Wright; per l’attrice, Annette Bening, Lily Gladstone, Sandra Hüller, Carey Mulligan e Emma Stone.

Per l’attore non protagonista ci sono Sterling K. Brown, Robert De Niro, Robert Downey Jr., Ryan Gosling e Mark Ruffalo; per l’attrice Emily Blunt, Danielle Brooks, America Ferrera, Jodie Foster e Da'Vine Joy Randolph.

Per il film animato, The Boy and the Heron, Elemental, Nimona, Robot Dreams, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

Per la regia, si contendono il premio Justine Triet (Anatomy of a Fall), Martin Scorsese (Killers of the Flower Moon), Christopher Nolan (Oppenheimer), Yorgos Lanthimos (Poor Things), Jonathan Glazer (The Zone of Interest).

Le nomination al miglior film straniero e documentari

Per il film straniero, ci sono l'italiano Io Capitano di Matteo Garrone, il giapponese Perfect Days, lo spagnolo Society of the Snow, il tedesco The Teachers' Lounge e l’inglese The Zone of Interest.  

Per la sezione documentario ci sono Bobi Wine: The People's President di Moses Bwayo, Christopher Sharp and John Battsek; The Eternal Memory - ancora in fase di definizione - Four Daughters di Kaouther Ben Hania e Nadim Cheikhrouha; To Kill a Tiger di Nisha Pahuja, Cornelia Principe e David Oppenheim; 20 Days in Mariupol di Mstyslav Chernov, Michelle Mizner e Raney Aronson-Rath.

Premio Oscar

Per la sceneggiatura originale si sfidano Anatomy of a Fall, The Holdovers, Maestro, May December e Past Lives. Per quella non originale, American Fiction, Barbie, Oppenheimer, Poor Things e The Zone of Interest.

La premiazione si terrà il 10 marzo al Dolby® Theatre at Ovation di Hollywood.
