A Single Man è il film diretto dallo stilista Tom Ford
Tom Ford è diventato padre assieme al compagno Richard Buckley. La notizia è stata rivelata tramite un tweet dalla redazione di Love che riporta: “Congratulations to Tom Ford and Richard Buckley who have announced the birth of their son Alexander John Buckley Ford”. Lo stesso New York Times ha postato gli auguri.
Ford ha vestito attrici come Gwyneth Paltrow e curato gli abiti di James Bond/Daniel Craig in Quantum of Solace (2008). Nel 2009, ha diretto Colin Firth nel film acclamato dalla critica A Single Man. Sarà nel documentario Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's di Matthew Miele.
